the courtts are awesome, the gym is incredible and is 2 levels - perfect for tournaments and on the weekdays. Just a nice place to work out

Every single time without fail. Whenever I am at this gym someone is always following me when I go upstairs. No one will be upstairs throughout the duration of my workout on the bottom level. Then when I go upstairs someone mystically appears and is trying to police me while I go through my routines. If you’re going to do your job then do it all of the time. Not just with me. Otherwise it’s looking a lot like discrimination. The amount of people I’ve seen do the same as me but NO ONE talks to them. Only thing I can think of is my race. Leave me alone.

Great gym, they have everything you need to lift weights and play pickup games with friends. They also have heavy bags for boxing upstairs, and a dedicated yoga room that you can use when class is not in session. The large 'martial arts' room is great to do bodyweight workouts in or practice dancing. I see a lot of kids in dance groups using the wall-length mirrors to practice.

Not bad for a college gym. Equipment is usually pretty clean and in pretty good condition. They have a good selection of weight machines, and several squat racks. If it’s really busy you’ll probably have to wait to use a specific machine/rack, especially if you’re trying to be consistent about the order you do your exercises in. On the other hand, if you don’t mind changing up the order of your exercises somewhat, you can often go for whichever equipment is free at the moment and mostly if not entirely skip the waiting. The second floor has a decent selection of cardio machines, and I’ve never seen all of them in use at once, even during busy hours. There’s also a smaller rack of dumbbells and a few barbells on the second floor, which I often go for if the main weights section is crowded since fewer people seem to want to use that. However, I do have one major complaint: WHY ON EARTH do they have a system where you’re supposed to wipe down the equipment with the same reused towel that everyone else has been using to wipe down their equipment?! That seems extremely ineffective for reducing germs, and possibly downright counterproductive! Other gyms I’ve been to have actual disinf
